PAYMENT
- Discover card, Visa, Master Card, Checks, Paypal (payment sent to spyemporium@yahoo.com), and Money Orders are all accepted - We Ship to Credit Card Billing address only NO C.O.D
- Bank wire transfers are also accepted but are subject to a $25.00 fee.
- All payments must be in U.S. funds, and must include shipping and handling charges.
- For your protection and ours, your signature will be required on all credit card orders and all orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address.
- All orders paid by check will be subject to a five to ten day hold pending the clearance of check. Please make all check payments payable to SECURITY TRADE.
SHIPPING
- Most orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS within 48 hours. Orders with post office addresses will be sent by USPS. We are happy to ship FedEx second day, next day or express upon request. Next day $32.00, minimum 10lbs, 2nd day $25.00 minimum 10lbs and 3 day select $19.00 minimum 10lbs. USPS service,
- Basic FedEx and USPS ground insured Shipping $9.65 within USA. Free ground shipping on orders over $300.00
- Canada (Standard or Expedited) from $30.00-$70.00
- International (Standard or Expedited) $45.00-$99.99
- Call-in orders are shipped credit card, Money Order, or Paypal ONLY
- Same day shipping anywhere in USA with 90 day replacement warranty, Plus one year parts and labor.
FOREIGN ORDERS
- All foreign or overseas orders MUST phone or fax for shipping quote. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Air, FedEx Air or USPS international. You are wholly responsible for all import restrictions, custom duties, etc..
- All payments must be made by T/T or Paypal only. For Wire/Fund Transfers, please contact our office for banking information. Paypal payments are sent to spyemporium@yahoo.com
RETURN POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective then exchangable for same product.
- Due to the nature of our products, potential one time use for evidence gathering, bug sweeping, etc, we only accept merchandise for replacement/repair for the same item. Please call for a return authorization number prior to returning any item. Packages returned without this authorization number will be refused and returned to you. If by mistake, we accept unauthorized returned package from anyone, Security Trade will charge 20% restocking fee to the person's credit card.
